- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan sales representatives.
Drive team performance to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Oversee daily team activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address team concerns and resolve challenges effectively.
Maintain and present regular sales performance reports to management.
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and maximize efficiency.

Basic computer skills for managing reports and tracking team performance.
