Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - Sales to oversee and drive the sales team for our Ayurveda product line. Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Ayurveda products.

    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.

  3. Target Achievement:

    • Set clear sales targets for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.

    • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.

    • Take corrective actions to address any gaps in performance.

  4. Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.

  5. Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ayurveda products, their benefits, and usage.

    • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

    • Use CRM tools to manage sales pipelines and track progress.

    • Promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the team.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness is a plus.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness industry.

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
