TKSA Services Pvt Ltd. is a reputable Chartered Accountant and Law Firm providing a wide range of financial and business advisory services. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Job Summary:
The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and contributing to revenue generation through effective communication and persuasive skills. This role involves both inbound and outbound calling to potential and existing clients.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce TKSA Services Pvt Ltd. and its services.
• Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and lead information.
• Revenue Generation:
• Promote and explain the services offered by TKSA Services Pvt Ltd.
• Contribute to sales efforts by effectively conveying the value proposition.
• Attempt to close sales where possible.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Handle inbound calls and address client inquiries professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
• Maintain client databases.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound or outbound calling.
• Proven convincing and persuasive skills.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
• Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Ability to work from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Fixed Sunday off.
• Must be able to work in a target driven environment.
