Job Summary:
We are looking for a SaaS Operator – WhatsApp API to centrally manage WhatsApp communication across the entire organization. This role involves overseeing WhatsApp Business API operations, ensuring seamless customer interactions, and optimizing messaging workflows to enhance engagement and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Centralized WhatsApp Management: Oversee and manage WhatsApp communication across all teams, ensuring consistency and compliance.
WhatsApp API Operations: Monitor and optimize the performance of WhatsApp Business API to ensure smooth message delivery and response times.
Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with customer support, sales, and marketing teams to streamline WhatsApp communication strategies.
Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Work with internal teams and external service providers to resolve any API or messaging-related issues.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Meta’s WhatsApp Business Policy, data privacy regulations, and internal communication guidelines.
Reporting & Optimization: Track key performance metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements for more effective WhatsApp engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
GRADUATE
Minimum 1 year experience in related field
Experience in managing SaaS-based messaging or communication platforms.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage WhatsApp operations across multiple teams.
Ability to work with internal stakeholders to optimize messaging workflows and enhance customer experience.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API policies and best practices.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving communication efficiency.
