Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager located in Noida. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, managing customer satisfaction, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. Tasks include analysing sales data, developing strategies to improve sales processes, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with the operations team to streamline workflows and achieve business objectives.

• Strong Communication skills

• Proven experience in sales operations or a related field
