INTERN Customer Care Executive(Female Fresher’s Only)

Job Description:

 Ensure100+Tele-Calling Every day & Pitching Customer for Pitching New customer for Gold Loans

 Lead Generation for cross sell product at Branch and ensure the conversion.

 Coordinate with different Branch staff & managers for closure.

 Supervising day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

 Responding to customer service issues in a timely manner.

 Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

 The MIS report to CRO and ensure the targets are meet.
