Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales leads, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through outbound/inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting products/services.

2. Respond to inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and closing sales.

3. Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and overcome objections.

4. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

5. Update customer information, sales records, and CRM software.

6. Stay informed about products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. 6 Months -2 years of telesales experience.

2. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

3. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and telephony systems.
