Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls: Engage with potential clients via phone to present real estate products and services, close deals, and generate revenue.Lead Management: Follow up on inbound leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.Customer Engagement: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and handling inquiries effectively.Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and developments to effectively answer client queries and provide relevant solutions.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in the CRM system. Requirements: Experience: 2-3 years of telesales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from a real estate background.Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused approach. Education: Any graduate; candidates with relevant sales certifications are a plus. Preferred: Immediate joiners.
