- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers to sell products/services, generate leads, and meet sales goals.
Sales Presentation: Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers through calls, ensuring they are informed and interested.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure repeat business.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales team when necessary.
Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately input customer information and sales activity into the CRM system. Report sales activity and progress to the Sales Manager.
Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to effectively address customer needs.
Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally, aiming for positive resolutions.
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role is preferred.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
