Job Description

Position: Tele sales Executive
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Location: Sola
Industry: [Solar / Manufacturing / Service — customize as needed]
Employment Type: Full Time


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell company products/services.

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions accordingly.

  • Maintain strong follow-up with clients to ensure maximum conversion.

  • Manage and update the CRM/database with detailed call notes and customer status.

  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly.

  • Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge to better explain benefits to customers.

  • Participate in training sessions and sales improvement initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles.

  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

  • Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.

  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle objections and rejections confidently.

  • Fluency in [Language: Hindi / English / Local Language as needed].


Preferred Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Prior experience in [Solar / Insurance / FMCG / Telecom] sector will be an added advantage.
