Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Tour Sales Executive with a strong understanding of international tour packages. The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating travel itineraries, managing hotel and flight bookings, and ensuring smooth coordination with clients. The role requires excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:  Sales & Promotion: Promote and sell international tour packages to clients based on their preferences and budget.  Itinerary Planning: Create well-structured travel itineraries, including destinations, sightseeing, activities, and other travel arrangements.  Hotel & Flight Bookings: Manage and coordinate hotel reservations, flight bookings, and other travel services for clients.  Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, provide consultation, and address their travel inquiries.  Coordination & Execution: Ensure smooth execution of travel plans, coordinating with service providers, airlines, and hotels.  Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for document submission, payments, and travel updates.  Market Research: Stay updated with the latest travel trends, new destinations, visa policies, and package offerings.  Problem Resolution: Address any travel-related issues or concerns and provide timely solutions to clients.  Reporting: Maintain records of bookings, payments, and client preferences for internal reporting and future reference.
