We are looking for an experienced and proactive Channel Manager Executive to manage our hotel & resort listings across leading OTAs such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, rate parity, and ensuring optimal visibility and performance on all platforms through a centralized channel manager tool.
Manage and update property listings across all major OTAs using a channel manager (e.g., STAAH, eZee, RateGain, SiteMinder, etc.).
Ensure real-time syncing of rates, availability, and inventory across all platforms.
Maintain rate parity and implement dynamic pricing strategies as per market trends.
Coordinate with OTA account managers to improve visibility, promotions, and performance.
Monitor OTA performance reports (booking trends, conversion rates, cancellations) and suggest improvements.
Ensure proper content (photos, descriptions, amenities) is up to date and optimized for each platform.
Handle online queries and ensure smooth booking experience for guests.
Liaise with the reservations and front office teams to manage inventory allocation.
Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies or syncing issues between the channel manager and OTAs.
Assist with onboarding new properties or platforms when needed.
Proven experience in OTA/channel manager operations within the hospitality industry.
Hands-on experience with at least one major channel management software.
Strong understanding of OTA platforms and their backend systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Prior experience in multi-property management.
Familiarity with revenue management principles.
Understanding of hotel PMS (Property Management System) integrations.
