Customise Your Trip is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients to plan, customize, and book their dream vacations. Your expertise will help clients select the best travel options, and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

#Understand clients' travel requirements, preferences, and budgets to offer customized travel solutions.

#Provide detailed information about travel destinations, itineraries, and travel packages.

Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

#Provide accurate and up-to-date travel information on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other travel-related queries.

#Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to emails and calls.

#Ensure smooth processing of bookings and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

#Keep up with the latest travel trends, new destinations, and travel deals.

#Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

#Meet individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:

#Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role in the travel industry.

#Excellent communication and customer service skills.

#Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

#Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

#Knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel software.
