Roles & Responsibility:-
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and booking travel arrangements for clients, which may include flights and railway facility.
• Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
• Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after.
• Manage end to end travel plans pan India efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport.
• Provide clients with relevant travel information, travel advisories and itinerary changes.
• Handle client inquiries and provide support to the client while resolving any travel-related issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments and client communications.
Skills Required:-
• Must have effective communication skills.
• Candidate should be active listener and speaker.
• Candidate should be empathetic in nature.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office.
