Travel Consultant

• Assist clients and partners with technical support in mismatch cases in the system.

• Be proficient in modifying bookings, calculating rates, and processing various system amendments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with bookings, and reservations.

• Collaborate with other teams, including IT and finance.

• Collaborate effectively with other members of the support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, especially with on-spot issues.

• handle it tour package related query. Create the package and quote to client and I’m handle destination for Dubai, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Maldives, Vietnam, Europe, China. 

 Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner.
