Travel Counsellor

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to support the planning of travel itineraries and build strong relationships with B2B travel partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the travel industry, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating smooth and memorable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Itinerary Planning
• Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client needs and interests
• Coordinate logistics such as transportation, stays, sightseeing, and activities
• Ensure timely confirmations and accurate documentation

✅ B2B Partner Coordination
• Connect and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and vendors
• Assist with package presentations and support partner requirements
• Attend meetings and networking events to grow B2B relationships

✅ Client Communication & Support
• Share itinerary details, respond to queries, and handle special requests
• Assist with booking processes and resolve issues promptly
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement

✅ Operations & Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and partner communications
• Ensure all bookings comply with safety and company guidelines
