Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

1.Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and desired destinations, then tailor travel plans accordingly.

2. Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.

3. Research various destinations, travel options, and activities to recommend suitable itineraries and packages.

4. Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.

5. Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or travel.

6. Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports.

7. Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.

8. International packages sales experience required.
