Position: Travel Sales Executive
Location: VARANASI
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry
Qualifications: Graduate or Master’s degree in Travel and Tourism or related field

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate new business leads within the travel industry.
Promote and sell travel packages, tours, and services to individual and corporate clients.
Handle inquiries from customers, providing them with relevant information about travel packages, pricing, and services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and competitors to effectively pitch the company’s offerings.
Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales and post-sales process, ensuring satisfaction at all stages of the travel experience.
Address and resolve client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Tour Planning and Coordination:

Design personalized travel itineraries based on customer preferences, budget, and requirements.
Collaborate with tour operators, hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to arrange travel packages and ensure smooth coordination of services.
Ensure all necessary documentation, including booking confirmations, travel itineraries, and visa arrangements, is accurately prepared and communicated to clients.
Sales Targets & Reporting:

Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for travel packages and services.
Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance to management.
Utilize CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

Conduct research to identify emerging travel trends and customer preferences.
Monitor competitors’ offerings and pricing to ensure competitive positioning in the market.
Stay updated on new travel destinations, policies, and travel-related regulations.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to align on promotions, discounts, and campaigns that drive sales.
Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Brand Promotion & Representation:

Represent the company at travel trade events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services.
Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials to increase brand awareness.
Administrative Responsibilities:

Ensure all customer records, bookings, and transactions are properly documented and stored.
Handle invoicing, payments, and refunds in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background:
A Graduate or Master’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or tourism sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in selling a variety of travel packages, including international and domestic tours, corporate travel, and special-interest travel packages.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of travel booking systems and CRM software.
Familiarity with travel destinations, packages, and tourism regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with a professional attitude.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Flexible and willing to work irregular hours or weekends when necessary.
Familiarity with the global distribution systems (GDS), such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus.
