Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Manage time to handle multiple calls
Responsibilities:
Handling Calls: Answer and manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Solving Queries: Assist with product/service-related questions and provide solutions.
Booking Tickets: Process and confirm customer bookings accurately.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication in professional English.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1year of International BPO is a Must.
Benefits:
Salary paid on the 1st of every month.
Lucrative incentives up to 4 lakhs.
24 paid leaves, 15 comp offs, and birthday leave (double payment if worked).
Leave encashment at year-end.
