Fire Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety inspections.

• Develop and implement fire safety policies and emergency response plans.

• Monitor the maintenance of fire safety equipment, including fire alarms, extinguishers, hydrants, and sprinklers.

• Train employees on fire prevention measures and conduct fire drills.

• Investigate fire incidents, report findings, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and liaise with local fire departments.

• Maintain accurate records and reports on fire safety inspections, drills, and incidents.

• Respond quickly to fire emergencies and coordinate evacuation procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Fire & Safety or related field.

• Certification in Firefighting, Fire Safety, or Disaster Management is preferred.

• Minimum [X] years of experience in fire safety management.

• Knowledge of fire codes, safety regulations, and firefighting techniques.

• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in emergency situations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential fire safety.

• Familiarity with fire protection systems and rescue operations.

• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
