Security Guard

Core Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Surveillance:

  • Regularly patrol assigned areas, both inside and outside, to maintain a visible presence and deter potential threats.

  • Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify and address potential problems.

  • Inspect and maintain security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure their operational readiness.

• Access Control:

  • Control and monitor access to premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter.

  • Verify identification and authorize entry for visitors and employees.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures are followed.

• Emergency Response:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.

  • Provide assistance to people in need, including first aid and emergency medical assistance.

  • Communicate with emergency services and other authorities as needed.

• Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and observations.

  • Prepare and submit reports on daily activities, incidents, and security breaches.

  • Report any suspicious or unusual activity to the appropriate authorities.

• Other Duties:

  • Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety.

  • Direct traffic and provide assistance to visitors and employees.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
