Security Guard

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our premises in Urla, Raipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for protecting the property, personnel, and assets from theft, vandalism, and any other unauthorized access or security breaches. This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor CCTV cameras, security systems, and physical premises to detect any suspicious activities or breaches.

• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols within the property to ensure all areas are secure, and report any hazards or safety concerns.

• Access Control: Check identification and authorization of visitors, contractors, and employees entering or leaving the premises.

• Incident Reporting: Report any security incidents, irregularities, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.

• Emergency Response: Respond quickly to emergencies such as fire, theft, or accidents and follow emergency protocols.

• Physical Security: Ensure all entry and exit points are secure, including gates, windows, doors, and any other vulnerable areas.

• Customer Service: Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and helpful manner while maintaining a firm but approachable demeanor.

• Documentation: Maintain daily logbooks and incident reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to perform regular walking and patrol duties.

• Alertness & Attention to Detail: Must have strong observation skills and the ability to detect potential threats.

• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills; able to write reports and communicate clearly with others.

• Trustworthy & Reliable: Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and reliability in handling sensitive information and security equipment.

• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; security training or certification is a plus.

• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
