Security Guard Supervisor

• Manage and deploy security guards and housekeeping staff across assigned client sites.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance, discipline, and attendance.

• Handle client coordination for manpower requirements, grievances, and service quality issues.

• Maintain and update manpower deployment records daily.

• Ensure timely recruitment, joining, and replacement of guards and housekeeping staff as per site requirements.

• Provide basic training to newly joined staff on site duties, grooming, and behavior standards.

• Ensure all legal compliance such as ESI, PF, and ID verifications are completed.

• Assist in conducting surprise checks and night rounds at sites if required.

• Coordinate with the HR and Operations team for smooth functioning and reporting.
