We are looking for a dedicated & professional Security Guard Supervisor to join Serve Smart Services Private Limited in Mohali, Phase 1 Sector 57 Mohali. This role involves protecting buildings, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-visibility presence and preventing illegal or inappropriate actions. Key Responsibilities:

Protect company property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Identify signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances.
Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property.
Detain criminals and evict violators when necessary.
Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences.
Conduct random patrols of the building and premises.
Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates.
Supervise alarm systems or video cameras and operate security/emergency equipment.

Job Requirements:
