Job Description: We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee security staff and ensure smooth manpower deployment across our sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining discipline, and fulfilling manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Supervise and coordinate security staff across multiple sites.✔ Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to security protocols.✔ Handle staff attendance, shift scheduling, and duty allocation.✔ Recruit, train, and deploy security guards as per site requirements.✔ Address any on-site security issues and resolve conflicts effectively.✔ Conduct regular site inspections and submit reports.✔ Maintain communication between management and security staff.
