The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing security personnel, maintaining discipline, and fulfilling manpower requirements. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Supervise and coordinate security staff across multiple sites.✔ Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to security protocols.✔ Handle staff attendance, shift scheduling, and duty allocation.✔ Recruit, train, and deploy security guards as per site requirements.✔ Address any on-site security issues and resolve conflicts effectively.✔ Conduct regular site inspections and submit reports.✔ Maintain communication between management and security staff.
