Security Guard Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a vigilant and responsible Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of awareness, deter illegal or inappropriate actions, and respond effectively to incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol premises on foot or by vehicle to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or hazards.

• Control access points by permitting or denying entry based on company policies.

• Observe and report suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety concerns.

• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances and take appropriate action.

• Conduct security checks, inspections, and surveillance using CCTV systems.

• Maintain order during events, protests, or large gatherings.

• Assist employees and visitors with security-related inquiries or issues.

• Document incidents, complete reports, and maintain logs of daily activities.

• Cooperate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and company personnel when needed.

• Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred.

• Valid security license/certification (if required by local law).

• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
