Security Officer

We are looking for a dedicated & professional Security Operation Mangaer to join Bloofeild management service LLP in Pune, Allover Pune. This role involves protecting buildings, assets, and personnel. You will be responsible for maintaining a high-visibility presence and preventing illegal or inappropriate actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and Implementing Security Strategies: This includes creating and updating security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's assets.

Managing Security Personnel: This involves hiring, training, and supervising security staff to ensure they are competent and capable of carrying out their duties effectively.

Responding to Security Incidents: Investigating and responding to security breaches, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence.

Overseeing Security Infrastructure: Managing and maintaining security systems, including surveillance systems, access control systems, and alarm systems. 

Candidates should have Graduate and 6+ years of experience as a security guard. Surveillance skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of public safety and security procedures are essential for this role.
