The Security Field Officer is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the assigned premises by conducting regular patrols, managing security personnel, coordinating shifts, and implementing security protocols. The role involves close supervision of guards, handling emergencies, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Conduct routine security rounds across the assigned area to monitor activities and ensure safety.
Identify and report any security breaches, suspicious activities, or safety hazards.
Ensure that all security checkpoints are operational and manned at all times.
Coordinate the scheduling and deployment of security guards across different shifts.
Ensure proper guard allocation based on operational requirements.
Maintain attendance records and ensure replacements are arranged in case of absences.
Act as the first point of contact in case of security incidents or emergencies.
Assist in managing crisis situations, including fire, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
Prepare incident reports and escalate issues to senior management when necessary.
Provide basic training to security personnel on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service.
Ensure all security guards follow protocols and adhere to company policies.
Conduct periodic security drills and evaluate preparedness.
Maintain proper communication with security guards, management, and local authorities when required.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.
Address complaints or concerns from residents, employees, or visitors regarding security.
