Security Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and reliable Security Supervisor to join Sarvodaya Manpower And Securitas Solutions in Tumkur, and Tumkur - Bangalore Road . The primary responsibility of this role is to manage , supervise and deploy Security guards who can ensure safety of personnel and premises while preventing unauthorized access or activities. The candidate will be paid an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹35000 and will have growth prospects for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety by monitoring and controlling access points.

• Carfully monitor and manage the attendance of the security guards.

• Deploy manpower ( Security Guards ) when ever it is required.

• Timely response to all kind of situation.

• Have to provide daily report about the security guards presence and their attendance.

• Maintain proper record of all the activities.

• Conduct routine inspections and field visits to ensure all the guards are working properly .

Job Requirements:

Candidates with above 10th and 1 - 3 years of experience in security roles are perfect for this position. Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of safety regulations are essential.
