Position: Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, auditing bills, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date balance sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily auditing of purchase bills, sales invoices, and expense receipts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and reconcile balance sheets, ledgers, and financial statements on a daily basis.

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including payments, receipts, journal entries, and petty cash management.

• Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports to the management team.

• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline financial processes and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Stay updated with taxation laws, GST filings, and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience (preferred).

• Proficiency in ZOHO Books and ZOHO Commerce is a must.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory compliances.

• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
