Responsibilities: Manage and maintain accurate financial records. Handle ESI (Employees' State Insurance) compliance and contribution process. Prepare and file various tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory documents. Prepare and maintain accounting reports for internal and external purposes. Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain proper documentation and paper trail for all financial transactions.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Coordinate with auditors and other third parties for financial matters.Skills Required:2 years of relevant accounting experience.Knowledge of ESI, taxation, and filing procedures.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
