Job Title: Accountant
Location: Kharar, Mohali
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 (Negotiable and based on experience)
Experience Required: Minimum 2-7 years

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our company’s financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and statements.

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.

• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS,ITR and other taxes.

• Manage payroll and employee reimbursements.

• Coordinate with CA and auditors for yearly audits.

• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role.

• Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks.

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.

• B.Com/M.Com or relevant degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS,ITR and Income Tax regulations and bookkeeping, cash book, sales purchase, payroll salary, auditing.
