• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.

• Prepare balance sheets, income statements and other reports. 

• Record all transactions accurately in Tally and reconcile the company’s bank accounts.

• Maintain and Prepare records for GST Filing and work on GST portal whenever required.

• Responsible for Filing Income Tax of all directors.

• Maintain daybook.

• Responsible for records of all Staff reimbursement, leaves and loans.

• Prepare Payroll and share with management till every fifth of the month.

• Audit financial transactions and documents.

• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.

• Guide investments, mergers and acquisitions.

• Consult management on financial strategy.

• Create and implement new accounting systems.
