Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
1-3 years in accounting or admin.
Knowledge of accounting principles, software (Tally, QuickBooks), and MS Office.
Accuracy in financial tasks.
Good verbal and written skills.
Strong multitasking ability.
Basic knowledge of GSTR, TDS, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
Invoice Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
Expense Reports: Create and update expense reports, process reimbursements.
Bank Deposits: Prepare bank deposits and enter financial transactions.
Record Maintenance: Maintain digital and physical financial records.
Invoicing: Issue invoices to customers and external partners.
Payroll Documents: Review and file payroll documents.
Audit Participation: Assist in quarterly and annual audits.
Legal & Support: Handle legal documentation, petty cash, and support the accounting department.
Office Tasks: Perform basic office tasks (filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail).
Client & Vendor Communication: Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Transactions & Ledgers: Process transactions, issue checks, and update ledgers.
Payments: Handle PF/ESIC payments, bank reconciliation, and salary processing.
GST & TDS: Prepare GSTR-1, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B, and hand over to the consultant; file TDS returns.
Admin Payments: Process administration-related payments (electricity, gas, insurance, etc.).
Dispatch Process: Manage dispatch, e-way bill, courier services, and weekly reporting.
