Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the daily operations of our accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, compliance, taxation, and financial analysis, with the ability to lead processes and contribute to strategic financial decisions. Key Responsibilities: Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial records.Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and reconciliations.Handle tax planning, compliance, and filing (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts.Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and legal regulations.Coordinate with auditors and manage the audit process.Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.Evaluate and improve accounting systems, policies, and procedures.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certifications (CA, CPA, ACCA) strongly preferred.Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on accounting experience.Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), taxation, and compliance.Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with data analysis/reporting.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
