Responsibilities:
- Making account entries, daily invoicing
- Maintaining ledgers (customers, vendors)
- Maintaining customer relations for order & payment. Payment Follow ups
- Taking appointments for deliveries
- GST Understanding
- Coordination with CA for all filing and taxing
- Appointment taking on portal and coordination
Requirements:
- Willingness to work & learn
- Preferably working Experience with 2-3years in Accounts
- Knowledge of Accountancy
- Eager to learn new Accounting software like •Align Books/ Zoho Books
- Knowledge in Computer applications like excel, word, email writing
- Pleasant in nature to keep good relation with customer, vendors and maintain office decorum
