Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments).

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow reports.

• Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations, and assist with tax filing (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

• Monitor accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely payments and collections.

• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.

• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

• Maintain and update financial databases and systems.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
