Position: Admin cum Accounts Executive Years of Experience: Min. 2 YrsJob Location: N. M. Joshi Marg, Lower Parel (E), Mumbai Accounts Duties / Responsibilities:• Basis knowledge of Tally• Bank RTGS / NEFT• Ensuring , amounts and records are correct.• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation• Handling petty cash• Perform other accounting duties as assignedAdmin Duties/ Responsibilities: • Supervising and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the office.• Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence• Managing and organizing company documents, records, and files. This may involve creating and maintaining filing systems• Coordinate and manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and meetings.• Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation• Managing office supplies, equipment, and other resources to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.• Handling legal matters ,coordinating with lawyers, visiting court as & when required.
