We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Accounts Executive or Accounts Help desk Executive to join our growing team. Candidate will be responsible for managing various finance activities related to both Franchise and Company owned outlets. Key Responsibilities: Payment Update and Tracking Checking Daily Sales Report (expenses and sales) Store card swiping and UPI entry postingBank ReconciliationCoordinating with Franchisee and owned stores for paymentsPosting expenses of all the storesSalary Provision for Stores and Factory Staff ( Including Advanced, overtime, commission, incentive etc.)Posting Journal entries and GST Posting in SoftwareTRA bill postingPreparing monthly ledger for all the company owned stores and Franchisee stores and mail them.TDS entries related to Franchisee commissionGeneration Various financial reposts including Pendency report Recovery ReportPosting and making vouchersCalculate commission and postingManaging complaints regarding EDC machines- Installation, Deinstallation and any troubleshooting problemSending and posting Incentive MailsCoordinating and Assisting Senior Accountant and Finance controllerNote: Additional Tasks may be assigned as per the Business Requirement.RequirementBachelor Degree in commerce or in related field.Proficiency in MS ExcelGood CommunicationAbility to manage multiple outlets.
