Working Shifts – 10am – 630pm / Mon – Sat

Mandatory Requirements – Knowledge of Accounting, Fluent in Kannada, Own Transport

Responsibilities

• Book keeping of accounts - data entry of statements

• Keeping clear records of invoices and expenses

• Aligning all submissions and coordination with external accountants for monthly reports, TDS, GST, et and cross checking their workings as well

• Bank coordination for any paperwork, cheque deposits etc

• Invoice preparation and collections/follow ups to clients for payments.

• Creation of salary slips, debit notes etc

• Maintain records of staff leave and attendance

• Support onboarding of new team members and interns

• Assist with general HR documentation and compliance

• Ensure the studio is stocked with office supplies, consumables, and snacks

• Manage vendor relationships (stationery, internet, housekeeping, etc.)

• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service requests

• Set up and maintain systems for leave tracking, asset inventory, and internal processes

• Act as the go-to person for team queries related to logistics or operations

• Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities

• Strong communicator — both written and verbal

• Tech-savvy: familiar with spreadsheets, email tools, and basic accounting software
