1. Accounts Management:
Assist in maintaining financial records and reports.
Manage daily accounting tasks using Tally.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Client Relations & Compliance :
Prepare and send client invoices and statements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing financial reports for management.
Support internal and external audits.
3. Administrative Support:
Manage office supplies and inventory.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities for management review.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
Skills:
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
1–3 years of experience in accounting & admin roles.
Proficiency in Tally & MS Office is a must.
