Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including preparation of invoices, sending mails to the companies, follow up with the companies.

To assist in GST working & filing.
Help in preparation of company registration forms.
Help in employee payrolls & deductions
Administrative Activities
Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Assist with scheduling, mail, and document preparation.
Maintain records, databases, and filing systems.
Help plan office events and meetings.
Support colleagues as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers.
