Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: - Site IV Greater Noida, U.PShift: Day Shift& Responsibilities; We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reportsHandle data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactionsReconcile bank statements and assist with month-end and year-end closingMaintain accounts payable and receivable recordsAssist with payroll processing and related documentationMaintain and update financial spreadsheets and databasesHelp prepare financial statements and reports as requiredRespond to vendor and internal queries regarding payments and invoicesSupport internal and external audits Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or financeStock handling knowledge.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.Knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulationsStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time-management skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and work with integrityStrong communication skills
