Key Responsibilities: Financial Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial laws, regulations, and policies. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation and management of budgets and financial forecasts. Reconciliation: Performing regular bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations. Tax and Compliance: Managing tax returns, payments, and other compliance-related tasks. Payment Processing: Managing vendor payments, purchase orders, and procurement-related finances. Cash Flow Management: Monitoring and managing cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections. Collaboration: Working with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information. Data Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Audit Support: Providing necessary documentation and support for audits. Skills and Qualifications:Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices .Proficiency in accounting software .Excellent attention to detail and accuracy .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .Good communication and interpersonal skills .Ability to work independently and as part of a team .Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .Relevant experience in a finance or accounting role .Certifications like CPA or CMA are a plus
