We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Assistant & Sales Executive. This hybrid role involves supporting daily accounting functions while also contributing to the company’s sales growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of basic accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Support:
Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
Support in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
Sales Support:
Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
Follow up with clients and handle inquiries effectively.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Meet sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Business, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
