Job Description / Responsibilities •

Ø  Practical knowledge of vendors bill booking in Tally ensuring all statutory compliances of vendors bill. Vendor Payments, etc.

Knowledge of employees expenses/reimb. vouchers Booking, reimbursement payments  & accounting .

Ø  Practical knowledge of vendors reconciliation, 26AS Reconciliation, customer reconciliation , Debit & Credit Notes .

Accounts receivables etc.

Ø  Practical  knowledge of TDS/TCS working, GST Return working & reconciliations & all statutory compliances thereof.

Ø  Monthly employees salary working , PF /PT & ESI etc. and compliances for the same.

Ø  Practical Knowledge of Import & Export transactions & accounting.

Ø  Knowledge of Sales Billing to customers, stock transfer billing,

E-way bills rules & regulations.

Ø  Knowledge of all statutory compliances such as TDS, GST,PF, PT & ESI, etc.

Ø  Knowledge of statutory & Tax audits.

Ø  Required soft skills i.e. Communication & Co ordination, Behaviour & work initiative , Multi Tasking etc.
