Job Title: Account Assistant (GST)Location: Vasai East Company: Prakruti Graphic Pvt Ltd Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Assistant with expertise in GST compliance to support our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST laws, tax filing procedures, and accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update GST records, including purchase and sales invoices. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time.Reconcile GST Input Tax Credit (ITC) with GSTR-2A/2B.Assist in resolving GST-related queries and compliance issues.Ensure accurate tax calculations and timely payments.Maintain proper documentation for GST audits and assessments.Assist in TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings.Coordinate with vendors and customers for GST invoices and reconciliations.Support general accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.Stay updated with the latest GST laws and amendments.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.1-3 years of experience in accounts with a focus on GST compliance.Strong knowledge of GST laws, invoicing, and return filing.Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and GST portals.Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred:Experience in the manufacturing or printing industry.Knowledge of E-way bill generation and reconciliation.Salary: Based on experience and company norms.
