We are looking for Executive - Accounts and Administration for a fast growing E-Commerce company.

Job Profile

• Assist in preparing and processing invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements.

• Perform data entry for financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally, MS Excel).

• Support monthly account reconciliation and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.

• Assist in generating basic financial reports (e.g., balance sheets, ledgers).  

• Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.  

Requirements

Any graduate with 1 to 3 years experience in Accounts / Administration

Freshers with Good communication and Academic record too can apply

Good working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel

Available to join immediately

Location: Chennai (Guindy)

Working Hours: 10 to 7 pm (Monday - Saturday) - Cab not available

Salary: Rs.15,000 to Rs.18,000
