Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Account Executive with strong knowledge of GST compliance, tax filing, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial operations, ensure timely tax submissions, and handle employee payroll with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

• Handle end-to-end payroll processing including statutory deductions and compliance

• Prepare and file GST returns (monthly, quarterly, annual) accurately and on time

• Assist with corporate and individual tax preparation and filing

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax regulations

• Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities when needed

• Prepare necessary reports and documents for audits and inspections

• Assist in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management

• Stay updated with changes in tax laws, GST regulations, and payroll standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proven experience (2+ years) in accounting, GST filing, taxation, and payroll management

• Proficient with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books) and MS Excel

• Strong understanding of GST regulations, income tax, and payroll compliance

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in GST, Payroll Management, or Taxation (preferred)
